We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Service Executive Team Lead.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Actively manage the day-to day servicing and processing activities to ensure Client Service Executive (“CSE”) are delivering high and consistent level of client services
  • Act as the first escalation point for CSE day to day work especially on Operational feedback/ challenges and processes
  • Maintain strong supervisory oversight and follows through with CSE on outstanding client matters and Operational challenges focusing on risk, control, CDD/KYC and account operation etc
  • Design and Review CSE training content. Coach and nurture CSEs in any Operational process and Change initiatives included Digitalization, Streamlining and any Bank initiatives etc
  • Ensures CSE alignment to strategic Private Banking agenda
  • Represent Business to actively participate in UAT, drive and implement Process Improvement, Procedure reviews and / or initiatives where it impacts the Front office staff especially CSE team 
  • Drive dialogues with the respective Business Heads and Head of CSE TL to determine optimal CSE capacity resources planning 
  • Be responsible for end-to-end CSE hiring process including to source good talents, conduct interviews to drive consistency in new joiner CSE’s onboarding experience. And to maintains ongoing people development dialogues with CSE 
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Related experience within Private banking; licensed
  • To be a self-starter with proven ability to make balanced and independent decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills 
  • Good knowledge of Private Bank Industry practices, products, services and controls
  • Attention to detail and ability to think out of the box 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Established People Management and/or with proven coaching and leadership experiences
