What you will do:
In this role you will:
• Deliver Netherlands’s Trade Finance business and operating model especially in the areas of bank guarantees, letters of credit and related loans
• Take full ownership of clients’ transactional needs and coordinate between clients, Transaction Services, Sales, Coverage & other internal/ external units for transaction fulfilment and management of service performance, initiatives and issues
• Handle, own and resolve clients’ transactional queries, issues and potential complaints
• Advise clients on trade transactional practices & products: understand clients’ transactional routines, build relationships & identify potential increases in revenue flows for Business Development to explore
• Achieve the overall business objective of revenue growth through revenue retention, reduced sales time on service, proactive management of Trade Finance service performance and increased clients’ usage of self-serve solutions
• Monitor client experience, client feedback & service quality: act as escalation point between clients and back office and ensure client satisfaction to render consistently excellent and market leading service;
• Work with back offices across countries and other banks to deliver globally connected service experience
• On board and guide client in e-banking and other digital platforms
You should apply if you have:
• Knowledge of Core Trade and Bank Guarantees: experience in a similar role will be a plus, as well as on Supply Chain / Receivables Finance or other banking areas
• University degree supporting Financial Services, Business Operation, Process service or equivalent experience in a related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills (in Dutch and English) as well as negotiating and influencing
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other local/ regional/ global teams
• Use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining service performance budgets, time scales and quality of output.
• Ability to manage in a crisis; making good and timely decisions in tough situations
