We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Support Services.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Delivers quality and good levels of services, professionalism and operational efficiency as well as good standard of compliance to safeguard the interests of the trust principals and beneficiaries and the Company and in particular, to adhere to the Administrative Support Services Agreements as per the scope of services of Documentation Team to be revised from time to time to account for changing circumstances and business requirements
  • Handle client onboarding and trust administration documents e.g. Trust Deed, Resolutions, Agreements, KYC letters, etc. and arrange trustee approval
  • Support compliance of the client companies with applicable laws and regulations, including statutory and tax filings
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the team and the development of effective working procedures
  • Assist the manager in providing trust / company documentation solutions and advice in support of client services 
  • Provide company secretarial support to trust underlying companies
  • Provide support to ad-hoc projects as assigned and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Assist the team to perform other administrative work
Requisitos
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or Law is preferable
  • Experience in trust administration, company secretarial or corporate governance shall be an advantage
  • Student / Member of HKCGI / STEP is preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Self-motivated, accountable and able to work independently
