We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

Business:  Global Ops & Automation IT

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Windows / VMware Administration
  • OS Troubleshooting, Performance Counters, Disk Administration
  • VMware / ESX Infrastructure – Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Windows server patching and Vulnerability remediation
  • Knowledge on Storage – SAN / NAS and Networking
  • Knowledge on MS SQL
  • PowerShell scripting mandatory
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • NetBackup’s, Antivirus agent Troubleshooting
  • Perform Start/End of Day checklist and produce SOD/EOD reports
  • Monitor Service Management mailbox
  • Identifies and maintains a key stakeholder list
  • Look for opportunities to improve Service management process
  • Ensure Service quality is maintained
  • Ensure Housekeeping activities are processed as per plan
  • Ensure best practices are implemented in all BluePrism environments/instances
  • Ensure to drive the service recovery as per Require Time Objective
  • Ensure all outage/degrade incidents have RCA completed
  • Ensure the remediation action as an output of RCA to be implemented and check the feasibility of
Requisitos

  • The Service Analyst will develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all BluePrism Service estate and engagement with the relevant stakeholders to ensure BluePrism service availability.
  • The Analyst shall be responsible for the co-ordination of the Service management effort as part of Automation IT team, acting as the primary face off to technology teams, stakeholders and senior management.
  • The Service Analyst should successfully identify potential impacts to service, opportunities to evergreen estate,managing regular housekeeping work and publish periodic MI to management.
  • This role requires a combination of analysis, technical skills 

What additional skills will be good to have?

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Windows / VMware Administration, Technical Degree preferred
  • Practice experience in Azure Cloud and Azure Power Platform
  • Prefer to have Azure associate and above certificate
  • Proficient in Windows Server 2016/2019
  • Knowledge on Blueprism/Automation product will be added advantage.
  • Good to have Azure DevOps and Terraform experience.
