We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: Regional CIO - ASP

Principal responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver E2E solution for internet/mobile banking business in a cost effective way. End to end accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate Technology solutions to meet customer needs
• Work with business analysts and architects to define and plan the introduction of new systems or changes to existing systems, identifying costs and requirements and ensuring plans are in place to exploit them
• Provide assistance in technical leadership for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of HSBC IT systems to supported business units
• Provide full scope of Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities
• Provide technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems
• Take IT Lead or primary IT Lead role to delivery internet banking projects in Agile way
• Apply specialist expertise in the development of IT systems with the objective of optimising operational performance and improving quality whilst increasing cost-effectiveness
• Communicate with the relevant stake holder regarding resolving technical issues related to delivery of projects
• Have an overall view of the technical skill in the scrum team and coaching the team to higher levels of acturity
• Lead the team to provide E2E solution for HASE staff channels projects.
• Communicate with the relevant business and IT stake holder(cross regional support team, e.g. India, HK, UK) for manage the delivery of projects

• More than 5 years on IT development and IT project delivery
• Excellent communication skills and proved experience of working in global environment
• Proven experience of leading others and creating an environment that supports and inspires people to develop and deliver
• Proficient with JAVA, sprint cloud, etc.
• Capable to work in Agile mode and familiar with DevSecOps.
• Capable to provide the IT solution and architecture diagram for related Digital projects
• Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility
• PM, Agile skillset for run the Pod for project delivery.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in relevant website banking system is preferred.
