We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO Data Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Acting as a Technical Lead and Solution Architect for customer services data management.
• Taking part in the solution providing for new business requirements, to help users get better experience on the services.  
• Providing technical leadership to the agile team in impact analysis, design, development, implementation and on-ongoing maintenance.
• Need to demonstrate problem solving skills by providing suggestive ways and workarounds while at blocker instances to not hamper delivery or timelines.
• Providing continuous production support to ensure good service operation.
• Working closely with a cross functional development team, collaborating with business team, users, product managers and developers to ensure our product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability and security. Delivering well structured, maintainable, and fully tested systems in time and budget.
• Collaborating with development and product teams to identify and prioritize tasks needs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Requisitos

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and under pressure
• Ability to take charge of your time and priorities problems to solve
• Good communication skills and the will to be part of our team
• Critical thinking and passion for development and quality
• Good experience with Core Java, Maven, REST API,SQL and MongoDB.
• Experience in building and enhancing web services.
• Working experience in Agile methodology.
• Familiar with defect/incident management, have experience in Root Cause Analysis and quality improvement initiatives
• Experience in Agile / Scrum procedures and processes.
• Interest in technical problems stemming in business requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – self-motivated and proactive worker.
