We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: GPBW and AMG Tech

Principal responsibilities

•    Be accountable for the end to end Business Application - being Safe, Secure, Resilient and Available.
•    Take the opportunity to grow knowledge within controls and apply good practice across suite of services rather than one by one.
•    Become SME of a small number of controls across the estate  (ITOP.4 - Evergreening ; ITOP.6 Patching & VULN.3 Vulnerability Mgmt).
•    Influence good practice and identifying opportunities to improve.
•    Support the ITSO in the 'Responsibility' aspect of what the ITSO is responsible to do.

Requisitos

    •    Awareness of PM process and methodologies, Stakeholder and Risk Management, Reporting, having good negotiation skills. 
    •    Proven experience in service management.
    •    Excellent verbal and written in English/Mandarin and Cantonese and communicate with effective stakeholder management.
    •    Proven decision maker and problem solver who can work independently and able to coordinate with different regional teams. 
    •    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    •    Knowledge of Jira/Confluence will be a must. 
    •    A highly motivated individual with positive and pro-active attitude. 
    •    Innovative and self-driven mindset, always looking for improvements and learning.

    Nice to have:

    •    Prior experience in Infra-structure project management is an advantage.
    •    Prior experience in Banking and Finance domain (preferred, but not essential).
