We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

Business: FICC Tech

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver to production small nonbreaking iterative change that provides business value.
  • Help consult on business requirements with specific input around technology capability and limitations.
  • Help maintain and improve the stability and reliability of our production environments.
  • Work closely with the business in London, Hong Kong, New York and other centres on a day to day basis and co-ordinate with other teams in China to ensure that the business and project needs are met.
Requisitos
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Solid and proficient skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Service, JSON, Postgresql is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of development experience is required.
  • Knowledge and experience of DevOps, Microservice, Restful API.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Splunk, Jira/Confluence, Maven.
  • Able to directly communicate with business, and drive the task/initiative.
  • Track record in working on the delivery of complex deployment projects and under diversified/ matrix structure.
  • Strong business sense with good understanding in how IT systems impact business objectives, Foreign Exchange business knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to work at flexible hour for late evening meeting with colleagues in various regions, API deployment & production support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure.
  • Willing to learn/explore various technologies especially in Integration domain.
