We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO Infrastructure

Principal responsibilities

• Develop and fulfill business value according to high-level and lower-level solution document.
• Provide support and consultancy to other Connectivity teams like Networking, Voice, Security, Trade floors etc. teams on the network management tools and network operation application.
• Participate or drive Automation within Connectivity team.
• The role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day application development in GCP/HIC/IKP, and operation of the platform cloud infrastructure and HIC/IKP. This role will focus upon development and engineering for Python Django application running in Kubernetes, work upon data engineering use case to delivery data integration, and network operation application and workflow development.
• The role will also be responsible for managing cloud resources, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security, and leading a team of cloud engineers and administrators if needed.
• The role will work closely working closely with product owners / business analyst / operation team and data engineer to complete solution delivery. Also, the role will require operational understanding to ensure a smooth operation and resilience for all applications and application hosting infrastructure within the platforms.

• University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Required strong knowledge and experience with Agile workflow and procedure optimization.
• Required strong experience with fast-paced development optimization.
• Required basic knowledge in Linux and Windows Servers platforms, Databases and queries.
• Required cloud DevOps Experience, deployment and integration. (Jenkins, GitOps, Hashicorp vault, Terraform, etc.)
• Required proficient Python Django development experience. One or more of below programming skills except Python. One or more of below: Perl, Shell script, Java.
• Knowledge and experience in Automation / API (REST or SOAP).
• Knowledge in automation techniques and technologies. (e.g. Expect, Ansible)

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
