We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of data technology. You will work on innovative projects alongside seasoned professionals, receiving mentorship and training to enhance your skills and accelerate your career growth.

  • Technical Delivery: Build and deliver high•quality big data pipelines to drive business value.  
  • Technical Expertise: Solve complex technical challenges, optimize product performance, and ensure scalability.  
  • Quality Control: Ensure data pipelines and systems meet quality standards and implement robust testing processes.  
  •  Process Improvement: Continuously refine procedures and systems for efficiency, cost•effectiveness, and quality.  
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross•functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that align with organizational goals. 
Requisitos
  • Proven hands-on experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).  
  •  Strong knowledge of CIB banking data domain.  
  •  Demonstrated success in delivering complex data projects within CIB banking.  
  • Passion for technology, with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.  
  •  Ability to balance creativity with pragmatic solutions to address business and technology challenges.
