We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Facilitate the delivery of working software from concept to live using Agile methodologies
  • Help align business goals with release plans to ensure timely delivery of features
  • Foster collaboration among teams and protect the team from negative external influences or distractions.
  • Ensure constant inspection and adaptation through agile ceremonies, daily scrum, sprint planning, refinement sessions, discovery sessions, sprint review, and retrospectives
  • Challenge engineering team and wider TPS team to improve on process and inspire them to find new better ways of working
  • Help identify and mitigate delivery risks
  • Drive, track and communicate the progress of sprints and releases
Requisitos
  • Strong practical experience and understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Having worked in teams delivering complex projects on time and schedule, resolving problems at team and organization level
  • Experienced in estimation techniques and planning for software development projects
  • Exposure and experience with full development cycle: design, coding, test, deployment and maintenance
  • Demonstrable ability to self-manage, be proactive, take ownership, build relationships and drive solutions through from inception to production
  • Experienced in managing team delivering product utilizing cloud services is nice to have
  • Experience in scaling scrum for multiple teams is a plus
