We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: CTO Data Technology
Principal responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve product experience.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain UI/UX guidelines and design systems.
• Present findings and design solutions to stakeholders.
Requisitos
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design and business analysis.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
