We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • Remove impediments to make sure iteration can progress smoothly.
  • Manage dependencies between the Scrum team and other teams, collaborating with other roles on issue identification and resolution
  • Coach with Agile way for the team, including PO, BA, and IT team members
  • Protect team from external interruption during iterations as much as possible
  • Maintains relevant metrics to help the team keep improvement their performance
  • Facilitate the team for high quality delivery via servant leadership
Requisitos
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Solid and proficient skills in software development using Agile methodologies and work experience as scrum master
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience on Scrum framework with Agile mindset/practice.
  • Knowledge on tools and software including JIRA, Confluence.
  • Ability to learn, explore and implement new and emerging technologies in short period of time to fulfil business need.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, time-management skills
  • Software development skill in mobile app and API is a plus.
  • Strong business sense with understanding of the business requirement and environment.
  • Sound communication, presentation and influencing skills to work with business, IT colleagues, and external parties like vendors.
  • CSM or equivalent certifications is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin is also preferred.
