We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

Development and Customization:

• Design, develop, and customize VisionPLUS modules such as CMS (Card Management System), FAS (Financial Authorization System), TRAMS (Transaction Management System), and ASM (Account Services Management).
• Implement enhancements and new functionalities based on business requirements.

System Support and Maintenance:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for VisionPLUS applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors in SIT, UAT, and production environments.

Integration and Testing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VisionPLUS with other systems.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for VisionPLUS changes.

Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and user guides.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols in all VisionPLUS implementations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS modules (e.g., CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ASM, CTA, MBS).
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS for mainframe-based VisionPLUS systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Changeman, Endevor, or other version control systems.

Domain Knowledge:

• Understanding of credit card processing, payment systems, and financial services workflows.
• Experience with authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in VisionPLUS applications. 

Communication:

• Strong verbal and written english communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Experience:

• 10 years of experience working with VisionPLUS systems in a development or support role.
