We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: Core Banking IWPB

Principal responsibilities

  • Requirement analysis: Analyze the requirements.
  • Design: Develop / review the technical design.
  • Coding: Analyze and develop code as per specifications.
  • Reviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test results
  • Testing: Prepare unit / system test plans, Conduct unit testing and system integration testing.
  • Support: Provide post development support.
  • Customer delight: Ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded under all circumstances. This would imply the following:
  • Shouldering responsibility diligently and delivering quality output within the defined schedule and service levels
  • Adhering to world-class process standards such as Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMM-I), RBPM, SDLC.
  • Understanding the clients requirement and translating it to the project team
  • Day to day maintenance and support of the application
  • Provide support documentation
  • Provide Quantitative Analysis on all work products
Requisitos
  • University graduate with degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline
  • At least 10 years experience in IT with solid knowledge on application development and support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in Finance and Banking industry would be an advantage
  • Technical capability: Continuously upgrading and learning various technologies required for successful project delivery through continuous learning and training.
  • Familiar with AS400 RPGLECL on iSeries
  • Solid domain knowledge of HUB, Core Banking, Interface, Payment, etc. is preferred
  • Familiar with MQ, CD/CE gateway, sFTP, etc..
  • Work under pressure, willing OT when the project is in tight schedule.
  • Open mindset and adapt to the change, positive attitude and logical thinking
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Team player; Multi-tasking; good inter-personal skills; Troubleshooting ability & testing skills; organized self-starter.
  • Willing to travel if required
