We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • In-depth knowledge of endpoint Patching and vulnerability remediation governance.

  • HSBC standard (FIM guidelines, TRCB, ITSO BOW)

  • Identify and Lead opportunities to improve processes as per business needs.

  • Partner with business in developing & owning analytical strategies / decision making to reduce vulnerabilities within estate.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong knowledge on vulnerability management process.

  • Working SME for Workstation vulnerability management & monthly patch management.

  • Fully responsible to ensure workstation vulnerability remediations are completed within SLA including CTO owned products.

  • Working closely with Cyber security, GBGF vulnerability management leads & CTO stakeholders in driving workstation vulnerability remediations.

  • Implementing streamlined process for GBGF’s in managing workstation vulnerabilities remediation.

  • Ensure workstation KCI are met within the required threshold & communicated to all stakeholders.

  • Working closely with Cyber security team for false positives, implementing fixes for unknown vulnerability details.

  • Working closely with CTO support teams & Product owners to ensure remediations for vulnerabilities are completed.

  • Representing CTO EUS related vulnerabilities in vulnerability control management meeting and providing updates for upcoming changes/remediation status.

  • Excellent data analytical skills to analyse various patching & vulnerability reports

  • Working as Agile lead for the team, preparing OKR’s to meet the platform related goals & providing technical support to the team for assigned tasks.

  • Working knowledge on Windows Patch management & software life cycle management.

  • Allocating tasks based on priority and workload to the team, make sure team is completing tasks on time.
