We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for IT controls including certificate renewals, vulnerabilities management, OS patching, failover, and backup testing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT control processes across all specified domains.
  • Drive IT controls planning working with IT service owners to prioritize the controls backlog.
  • Track IT controls delivery within the organization.  Generate reports for stakeholders to understand the delivery progress for IT controls.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for IT controls, engaging with stakeholders across IT, compliance, risk management, and business units to understand needs and priorities.
  • Communicate IT Controls updates, enhancements, and performance metrics effectively to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and transparency regarding IT controls, promoting awareness and understanding of compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IT controls, policies, and best practices, fostering a culture of control awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, specifically in IT controls, governance, or compliance within the financial services or IT industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT control domains such as certificate management, vulnerabilities management, patching, failover, and backup solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and manage complex projects from inception to delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Exceptional JIRA and Confluence skills are a must.
