We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Corporate Account Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Job holder reports to the Senior Corporate Account Manager:

  • Acquire Employee Banking Solution (EBS) enrolment through collaborating with other stakeholder and strengthen HSBC primary banking relationship
  • Refer EBS business to branches and co-operate with branch colleagues in sales exploration
  • Present EBS plan proposals in a professional way to customers and business partners and follow up the progress of EBS enrolment status
  • Deliver the required service standards and proposition consistently
  • Operate within the approved operating and strategic plan process to develop the WPB business
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the like hood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section B.1.2 of the Group Operations FIM
  • The jobholder has regular contact with Senior Management. S/He needs to work closely with different key stakeholders e.g. Division Directors, Intra group Management. S/he has to define requirements to the supporting functions to ensure excellent sales and service can be delivered in the branch network
Requisitos
  • University degree qualified with over 3 years in customer experience/banking industry
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead change across a variety of stakeholders to deliver results with multiple deadlines
  • Experience and success in implementing change or improvements in cross functional projects
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving capabilities applied with demonstrable impact in projects
  • A creative thinker who has a strong desire to challenge existing work practices and effect positive change to enable the bank to meet its strategic aims
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required
  • Have a positive, can do attitude with a desire to get things right first time and every time, and works around limitations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Insurance and Investment License required
