We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will be:

  • Directly support their Transformation/Programme/Delivery Heads or Directors to manage their portfolio(s) and also the central PPM team to implement the required ways of working in to their team Ensure the alignment of the Technology roadmap and Technology organisation strategies with the business imperatives
  • Drive the execution of all transformation technology initiatives, tracking status of project deliverables and milestones, risk and issue monitoring and co-ordination
  • Support the definition of the Operating Model to support the future state of HSBC Technology, this includes but is not limited to, organisation design, location strategy, process optimisation and technology governance
  • Support the planning of Technology budgets to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives/objectives that deliver value to the Business
  • Responsible for financial reporting, management of budgets and meeting cost targets
  • Responsible for recruitment of engineering resources within DevOps verticals, in line with HR and Technology guidelines
  • Responsible to deliver in accordance with practice tooling & methods frameworks
  • Responsible to deliver in accordance with all enterprise standards & controls.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience working in a Change environment, with exposure to global, corporate and matrixed organisations
  • High standard of communication skills with an ability to filter/interpret technical programme updates and business justifications to provide clear, concise summaries for non-technical audiences
  • Strong relationsip / stakeholder management with the confidence to effectively challenge where appropriate
  • Understanding of delivering within an Agile / DevOps environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and an analytical ability, to help propose solutions to problems and appropriately prioritise activities
  • Resilient, pragmatic and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Self-motivated, able to use initiative and make things happen
  • Positive and energetic with a collaborative and team orientated approach.
