We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Creative Designer.
Principal responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate reporting is handled effectively by coordinating with various stakeholders
- Ensure that all relevant policies are procedures are well documented through contribution to Line of Business Procedure manuals, Desktop Instruction Manuals, System User Guides and Training Material
- Manage and maintain key communication networks, building excellent rapport within team and maintaining effective relationships showing discretion as required
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, regularly act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions
- Positive feedback from line/functional manager and team
- Accurate deliverables within required timelines
- Ownership of tasks undertaken
- No escalations while working with various stakeholders
- Excellent in using Adobe Creative Suite software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc
- Excellent grasp of MS PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work across cultures
- Strong interpersonal skills together with the ability to build a network of contacts and form strong working relationships
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Be able to work effectively under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
- Be comfortable escalating decisions where appropriate
- Accurate deliverables within required timelines
