We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Proposition Manager.
Principal responsibilities
• Lead on local/cross border proposition design and implementation with collaboration of HASE and management of external partners.
• Lead on cross border new initiative/project and acuqisition strategy to support onshore customer growth and referral business momentum
• Co-lead on customer CLCM enhancement with focus on referral customer journey by integration of HASE
• Responsible for key cross border KPI i.e. common customer by design & implementation of suppotive initiative
• Internal co-work to ensure the achievement of referral target and increase of offshore customer quality
• Lead cross border business planning, reporting and internal management meeting preparation
• Co-work within the team to support customer privilege/event under the framework of cross border strategy
Requisitos
• University degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant banking experience and project management experience is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Cantonese speaking is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure
