We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Cybersecurity Management

 

 

The Senior Regional Business Manager (México) supports the Cybersecurity Operations Director and Head of Region with local entity matters and coordinating globally driven Cybersecurity and IT COO activities within México.

The Senior Regional Business Manager (México) manages a small, local Regional Business Management team, as well as provides direction, guidance & leadership to the wider global Regional Business Management team (alongside the Senior Regional Business Manager in India)

In addition, the Senior Regional Business Manager (México) will be the lead for regional recruitment, working with the Workforce Lead to implement a consistent approach to recruitment across the Regional Business Management group, where possible. The Senior Regional Business Manager (México) will also lead on Vendor Management for the Regional Business Management group

 

    Leads and manages the México Business Management team, ensuring the team perform an effective and efficient business management service to support both regional activities and globally driven activities.

·       Provides guidance, direction and leadership to the wider Regional Business Management group (alongside the Senior Regional Business Manager in India) coordinating activity where collaboration across multiple regions is required.

·       Coordinates local entity managerial activities, as well as connecting with global cybersecurity function heads to ensure alignment and adequate level of tasks, progress and development.

·       Provides regional coordination of global cybersecurity tasks, requested by Cybersecurity ExCo or Cybersecurity COO.

·       Provides offshore support for Cybersecurity COO activities, such as workforce management and vendor management.

·       Manages the regional recruitment process for all Cybersecurity teams (perm & non-perm), including negotiations with Vendors and Agencies.

·       Manages the onboarding and off-boarding of regional resources, including managing exit interviews for local Cybersecurity colleagues.

·       Manages the regional budget.

·       Office management for the department.

·       Coordinates regional business continuity planning, including plan updates and business continuity exercises.

·       Ensures regional compliance on Conduct Risk and Mandatory Training.

·       Builds Cybersecurity interaction and relationships with local universities to help attract future talent.

·       Represents the region in local Industry Cybersecurity Forums.

·       Contributes to and embeds global Cyber People Initiatives within the region.

·       Resolves day to day queries from Cyber COO, IT COO, Finance and cybersecurity colleagues.
