We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior consultant specialist 

In this role, you will:

• Designing and developing data models: Creating logical and physical data models that reflect business requirements and data architecture principles.
• Collaborating with stakeholders: Gathering data requirements from various teams and translating them into actionable data modelling strategies.
• Optimizing data models: Ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of data access.
• Data profiling and analysis: Conducting data profiling and analysis to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the modelling process.
• Maintaining data dictionaries and metadata: Creating and maintaining data dictionaries and metadata repositories to ensure consistency and integrity of data models.
• Translating models into physical implementations: Working with Data Engineers to implement data models on the data platform.
• Using data modelling tools: Utilizing appropriate tools and techniques for data modelling
• Field questions and challenges on the requirements from the business supported.  Coordinate and agree execution schedules between business process owners and Data Analytics Org (DAO)
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data governance and security standards.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Modeler, IT Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of the Credit & Lending domain.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail combined with a strong delivery focus, meeting aggressive timeframes with quality results.
• Knowledge of data management and data controls.

 The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

• Maintaining data dictionaries and metadata: Creating and maintaining data dictionaries and metadata repositories to ensure consistency and integrity of data models.
• Good understanding of the Credit & Lending domain.
