We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data & Analytics D&A Team Leader

 Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data & Analytics (D&A) Team Leader to lead our D&A team in Mexico City. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams. They will be responsible for enabling the business's growth and risk strategy by using data to provide insights, leveraging the latest in analytics tooling and technology to improve customer experience, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Main Activities:

  • Leverage internal and external data sources to better understand customer journeys, improve services, and enhance end-user experience.
  • Drive the adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies to enhance the team's capabilities and deliver innovative solutions to the business.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of D&A initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
Requisitos
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline); advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and analytics, sales intelligence, or equivalent and at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams, with experience in both analytics and machine learning.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of risk, regulatory, and growth strategies.
