Responsibilities of the role holder

•       Build up Data warehouse.

•       Describes the structure of an organization's logical and physical data assets and data management resources.

•       Work closely with different business lines to ensure data life-cycle management.

•       Focus mainly on data architecture for projects.

•       Manage data office and establish data governance process.

•       Define data related policies and standards.

•       Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts.

 To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Qualifications:

•       Bachelor degree.

•       5-10 years of experiences in technology spaces focus on data related work, covers data governance, the whole life-cycle of data -data acquisition, access analysis/design, and archive/recovery/load design and implementation.

•       Must pass the securities industry qualification exam.

Language capability:

•       Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.

Experience:

•       Experience or knowledge of China securities market.

•       Good experience as data architect or data officer.

•       Experience of working at data governance, data security.

•       Good knowledge of SDLC and infrastructure.

•       Advantage if have experience of managing large scale projects.
