We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Planning and coordinating sprints, releases, and dependencies with other teams.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Removing obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Ensuring the team has the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Providing regular updates on project progress and status
- Driving continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Requisitos
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 9+ yrs should have worked as scrum master in Agile world (Scrum/SAFe)
- Experience in preparing project plan detailing all the risk, dependencies and blockers.
- Expert in JIRA and Confluence - in terms of reporting and tracking status
- Able to handle delivery in challenging timelines
- Should be managing all the release related activities like raising CR, Approvals, CAB, Release notes, Testing Sign Offs, ITSA/eITSA etc
- Ensuring Sprint/PI goals are intact and removing all the impediments by coordinating with all the relevant teams
