We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Planning and coordinating sprints, releases, and dependencies with other teams.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Removing obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress.
  • Ensuring the team has the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress and status
  • Driving continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 9+ yrs should have worked as scrum master in Agile world (Scrum/SAFe)
  • Experience in preparing project plan detailing all the risk, dependencies and blockers.
  • Expert in JIRA and Confluence - in terms of reporting and tracking status
  • Able to handle delivery in challenging timelines
  • Should be managing all the release related activities like raising CR, Approvals, CAB, Release notes, Testing Sign Offs, ITSA/eITSA etc
  • Ensuring Sprint/PI goals are intact and removing all the impediments by coordinating with all the relevant teams
