We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

 

1.        Responsible for managing application support operations, resiliency and availability including monitoring of system health and performance of IT systems

2.        Setup and maintain software environments and toolchain for development, staging, and production. Implement and maintain security controls in environment to protect our infrastructure, applications, and data

3.        Perform vulnerability assessments and security scans regularly to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities and security weaknesses. Collaborate with development and operations teams to remediate vulnerabilities and security issues in a timely manner.

4.        Collaborate with technology and security teams to define and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in our environment. Participate in incident response activities and contribute to the development of incident response plans and playbooks

5.        Candidate will be required to work on multiple application monitoring tool like AppDynamics or Splunk. This role will also contain automation related tasks and deployment so preferred candidate will be someone who has knowledge on Python, Jenkins, Ansible and any other automation related skills.

6.        Establish a good relationship and work collaboratively with Global / Regional system owner and support teams

7.        Ensure strict adherence to group policy, group compliance of all internal controls and external regulations

Requisitos

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

a)        Bachelor or above degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline, with equivalent experience in software engineering discipline

b)        7 years or above on system/application development and support working experience

c)        Solid technical skills in Linux, AliCloud and Oracle platforms

d)        Proven technical experience on shell scripts, Kubernetes, Kafka, API, Java, Python, automation would be a strong advantage

e)        Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Git/GitHub, G3, Jenkins, Maven, etc. and monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk

f)         Familiar to production support processes like Change, Incident, and Problem management processes

g)        Capable of working under pressure and effectively managing priorities to meet tight timelines

h)        Experience in using JIRA / Confluence to manage and work with stakeholders would be an advantage

i)         Experience in collaborating with global teams of different time zones

j)         Experiences in leading and coaching less experience team members would be an added advantage

k)        Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences

l)         Understanding of recent technologies such as AI, LLM, Web3 would be an advantage
