We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Work in the capacity of platform SME and DevOps Champion – Supporting pipeline excellence, adherence to deployment controls/standards, enhancements to CI/CD pipelines, efficiency in code management with GITHuB etc.
Representing RegTech platform team to various technical forums related to DevOps and GCP platform. - Working closely with Principle engineer / DevOps CoE to ensure RegTech DevOps tooling and practices are inline with HSBC group standards
- Look for automation opportunities and automate tasks through tools and scripts.
- Ensure implementation of continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant IT controls and standards including relevant Service Management Standard.

Requisitos
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Thorough understanding DevOps principles, deployment standards and IT controls requirements as defined by HSBC.
- Extensive knowledge on setting up DevOps CI-CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, G3, Ansible, Cloud build etc.
- Extensive knowledge on version control tools like GitHuB and integrating it with CI-CD pipelines
- Working experience of implementing CI/CD pipelines, driving culture of continuous improvement.
- Working experience in developing scripts using Shell Scripting, Power shell scripting, Control-M draft development, Python, Groovy, play books and data technologies.
- Thought leadership and working experience with senior architects, principle engineers and tech SMEs.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently to delivery technology solutions.
- Excellent track record in learning new technology. Certification in Google cloud is a plus.
