We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Delivery Manager. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Benchmark capabilities, identify gaps and prioritize the digital backlog with resources and identify appropriate opportunity across volume, experience and engagement gaps
  • Translate strategic priorities into a meaningful, executable, multi-year prioritized roadmap and facilitate their design and execution
  • Identify and establish processes to implement new operating models and governance metrics for digital delivery
  • Support structured cadence to oversee digital programs and track delivery metrics
  • Actively build relationships with colleagues across products & propositions, sales and distribution, control functions, regional and global teams, to remain up to date with new delivery requirements and ensure local implementation
  • Provide regular performance updates, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • University degree holder
  • Knowledge of emerging digital experience technologies, programme management within digital product is an advantage
  • Proactive nature, ability to anticipate risks and mitigating these early
  • Versatile experience, working with people in both technical and non-technical environments
  • Proven ability to influence large teams and build strong relationships across stakeholder groups
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally JIRA and Confluence
