The Market Activation team helps stakeholders embrace and adopt digital change at scale and at speed. The role holder will work with Values Streams and enabling teams as well as in market stakeholders to ensure business readiness tasks are completed including change impact assessment, internal and external communications, training, migration and implementation tasks. The role holder will ensure effective governance and work with risk stewards and in country regulatory teams. The Market Activation Manager will ensure effective go to market planning and realization of benefits through to effective handover to market and DMES 
teams. The scope of the role includes support for all digital feature capabilities and post implementation support.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Market Activation Analyst

Role Purpose / Description

The Market Activation Analyst supports the Market Activation Manager in their accountabilities for delivering WPB Digital products to global markets and will support activity required to deliver those accountabilities.
Specifically, the Market Activation Analyst will support the following business readiness activity:
 
Change & Business Readiness:
1. Support analysis and production of change impact assessment and Go To Market (GTM) plan.
2. Support detailed operational impact assessment.
3. Where required, ensure MI & analytics reporting is in place.
4. Ensure compliance to any relevant in-country regulatory approvals and governance.
5. Support ongoing adoption and benefits tracking.
 
Customer Activation Planning:

1. Maintain visibility of the delivery plans and interface with stakeholders to support the management of the customer activation and Go To Market (GTM) plans and milestones for customer activation, tracking dependencies and constraints.
2. Support all business readiness activity associated with an individual release of new features (including training, communications, operational impact assessment, procedures, MI, release approach etc.)
3. Support markets with production of internal and external comms, training materials, migration and implementation approach definition, providing consistent support and materials that maximize reuse.
        
Pilot:
Support pilot, migration and customer activation and GTM planning to ensure an approach is in place for each feature activation.
 
Customer Activation:
1. Support go / no go activity, ensuring all governance is met.
2. Support a go / no go call, ensuring the relevant documentation and approvals are obtained before customer go live.
3. Support hypercare calls to track post activation impacts and produce reporting in line with global Market Activation standards.

Requisitos

1. Experience working with individual countries or a region to support business readiness activity for delivery of digital change.
2. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities, and the ability to lead and influence.
3. Strong planning and governance skills.
4. Subject Matter Expertise of digital channels, including technical, market place and customer considerations.
5. Subject Matter Expertise in internal/external communications, operational impact assessment, training, migration and implementation planning.
6. Strong commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
7. Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.
8. Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understand the implications.
9. Good understanding of project methodologies, frameworks and best practice.
10. Ability to manage multiple market deliveries and releases whilst ensuring each project runs effectively.
11. Respectful of different cultures, given the need to work with colleagues from across different regions (North America, LATAM, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe).
12.Good command of English.
