Partner with engineering teams to embed cloud-native principles, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, observability, and resilience into platform delivery.
  • Establish reusable cloud infrastructure patterns, accelerators, and shared services that support internal customer journeys and cross-group engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with CTO, Infrastructure, Governance and Cybersecurity teams to align to global cloud policies, controls, and resilience requirements.
  • Lead operational excellence across cloud infrastructure services, including SLOs, incident management, cost optimization, and service scalability.

  • Inspire and lead high-performing, globally distributed infrastructure engineering teams focused on innovation, delivery, and customer experience.
