In this role you will:

  • Provide advice, guidance and challenge in relation to FC, including Sanctions and AB&C risks, for all HBIL LoBs and Functions.
  • Specialist FC Advice relating to High Risk and complex clients, deals and transactions. This includes AML, Sanctions, AB&C, Fraud and Tax Transparency related matters.
  • Analyze emerging issues and risks and propose course of action.
  • Reviewing complex escalations from the Business related to Financial Crime Risk Indicators. 
  • Provide SME advice on Transaction Monitoring requirements to support ongoing improvement.
  • To support the execution of the Compliance activities derived from Israel AML regulation: regulatory reporting to the BOI (Bank of Israel), regulatory reporting to IMPA (Israel Money Prohibition Authority), creation of local procedures that captures local regulatory requirements and other relevant Compliance regular initiatives. 


You should apply if you have:

  • Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent communication and written skills in English & Hebrew
  • Managed various aspects of regulatory risk and compliance work streams in Israel
  • Strong experience in a Financial Crime, provide relevant advice and guidance.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial risk and ability to apply a structured approach to risk assessment.
  • High level of attentiveness to details, with strong knowledge in Financial Crime and able to make sensible business judgments.
  • A proven understanding of financial institutions, regulator, risk manager.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills, strong team player
