In this role, you will:
• Review Central Bank Reserve Requirement Ratio (RRR).
• Optimisation of the RWAs through review and reconciliation of all procedures.
• Manage Local Basel II & II (Risk Weighted Asset) reporting as well as various related limits.
• Manage reporting related to commitments to customers to finance foreign trading/import activity.
• Foreign Currency Customer Deposits reconciled with Central Bank FCY Statements.
• Forex Position (ON and Off-Balance Sheet with Short and Long Positions).
• Booking end-of-month international guarantees (SBLC) into the system.
• Booking end-of-month Group charges into the system including.
• Manage end of month accruals GHK, MEM and other intra Group charges.
• Review the Undrawn Commitments file to the GFC team.
• Review “Les Grands Risques” file and supervise the bank’s commitments per each client.
• Check & reconcile all types of guarantees covering on/off balance sheet commitments.
• Manage daily & monthly ACLM reporting.
• Manage Product control reporting and coordinate with regional team.
• Process Group reimbursements.
• Monitor the monthly Central Bank of Algeria mandatory Reserve.
• Check the total customer local currency and foreign currency deposits.
• Review & reconcile, and send daily bank & customer notes movement.
• Reconcile the daily treasury P&L.
• Reconcile and reconcile daily FX position.
• Prepare and review various TP rates.
• Weekly input of CoF/VoF rates
• Daily input of the Forex rates into the system.
• New GL / P&L account openings and inform concerned departments for Assurenet attribution.
• Monitor and adjust GL retention period in HUB.
• Central Bank balance sheet pointer affectation.
• Account proof reconciliation followed by AssureNet signoff.
• Manage & sign off ALM & MI reporting
• Ensure correct and timely reporting to a. Group (Regional Finance and GFC team) b. Local regulators (Central Bank and Tax Authority)
• Work hand in hand with HUB Manager and Businesses to perform correct GL opening and customer data/information
• Support and performing tasks of my colleagues during core and sick leaves.
