We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst.

In this role, you will: 

  • Be part of CTO Commercial Operations Team
  • Be supporting the team on process simplification & process improvisations.
  • Be playing a crucial role in understanding the HSBC data used for management reporting in the context with Technologies strategy, with a particular focus on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of transparent and commercially focused analytics.  
  • Be required to build strong and effective relationships with CTO Business Manager & Global Finance Controller and across global commercial operations team providing Business Analytics and insight, whilst at the same time providing constructive challenge and an independent perspective.
  • Be building relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, third party consultants, technical experts across the whole department and business users.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Excellent data analysis and presentation.
  • Knowledge of visual basics and to read & re-write macros in excel.
  • Sound knowledge of data presentation tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlicksense
  • Proven ability to distil complex and varied data into information that can be utilized to manage and measure performance.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality.
  • Graduate Degree along with relevant experience is also a prerequisite, including Commercial and Financial management roles, ideally managing large data which may be accepted in lieu of formal qualifications.
