We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Finance Transformation Platform, Finance Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- Act as key business analyst to gather business requirements from Finance stakeholders and perform analysis
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations and other delivery stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood and translated into technical system requirements
- Perform data sourcing of ledger required data to support financial accounting and reporting processes
- Develop Finance business rules in FTP and ensure ledger data is meeting accounting, financial reporting and downstream Finance systems requirements
- Perform testing of product system interface to FTP and Finance business rules and present testing results to stakeholders for sign-off
- Analyse quarterly Group Financial Reporting change impact to data sourcing & business rules in FTP and deliver required changes
- Provide subject matter expert support to new entities onboard to FTP
- Maintain proper documentation of business rules design, FTP system design and data lineage
- Manage and provide coaching to a small team of resources in project delivery
- University degree holder with professional accountancy qualification
- Overall 8+ years of relevant working experience within Finance functions in the Financial Services industry
- Good understanding of banking products and product accounting schematics
- Experience in Financial Reporting and its data requirements
- Experience in constructing business requirement documents
- Previous knowledge and working experience in FTP is preferred
- Knowledge of Finance systems and finance data flow
- Strong data analytical skills
- Proven experience in resolving complex problems
- Proven ability in managing a diverse group of stakeholders across Global Business, Global Finance, Entity Finance and IT
- Able to work under changing environment and under pressure
