We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Financial Engineer - GRA CIB COO TRANSFORMATION.

Principal responsibilities

  • The Delivery Lead is a hands on senior leadership position responsible for guiding software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • This role ensures projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations, focusing on full-stack development (frontend and backend) and cloud-native stacks.
  • The role of Delivery Lead operates within a dynamic and evolving landscape, facing challenges such as balancing client expectations, resource management, and team well-being.

    Requisitos
    • A comprehensive understanding of software development processes, particularly Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP, is essential. This ensures the Delivery Lead can effectively guide teams through iterative development cycles while maintaining focus on delivering value.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and others, along with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, is required. Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure is critical to oversee end-to-end development, deployment, and cloud integration.
    • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices is vital for designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing systems that align with business objectives.
    • A solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals—including design, build, test, deploy, and customer delivery—is necessary to ensure technical excellence and seamless alignment with delivery goals.
    • Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities within a product team, including product managers, designers, engineers, QA, DevOps, and product marketers, is crucial for fostering effective collaboration and optimizing resource management.
    • Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, is highly valued. This capability enhances team performance, builds a collaborative culture, and drives successful project outcomes.

    Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
