Customer Contact Centre 

Hang Seng's Customer Contact Centre has been ranked one of the best phone banking service providers for consecutive years. Our team strives to provide professional services for a wide range of banking products to address customers' different services and financial needs.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our Financial Management and Control Manager

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Formulate the departmental annual operational plan (AOP) and perform on-going cost monitoring through regular cost review.
  • Develop a structure control and identify process improvement/ streamlining opportunities, derive improvement action plan and monitor process improvement progress.
  • Ensure effectiveness on staff development strategies/training curriculum for sustaining a stable competent and multi-skilled workforce to support the business.
  • Ensure effectiveness of the risk control and assessment framework and provide support on risk management projects
  • Coordinate with other departments and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business initiatives/ projects 
Requisitos
  • University degree in related discipline OR other relevant qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to call centre operations an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation, with good analytical, communication & presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of computer applications including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
