We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Fund Administrator - TRANSFER AGENCY - NHC.
Principal responsibilities
- Process transactions for clients and investors both timely and accurately.
- To be in compliance with client (fund managers)’s requirement.
- To be in compliance with regulatory requirements under different jurisdiction.
- To work under procedures as part of city offices.
- 按时并准确地处理投资者基金帐户登记交易，包括申购登记，配股登记，赎回退出登记等基金代理服务；
- 为投资者基金交易款项进行识别，转换，结算，支付；
- 进行投资者的数据管理，例如帐户开设，数据更新，资料修改等；
- 进行投资者的合规相关运营服务，包括背景调查、税务服务等；
- 基金投资报表制定。
Requisitos
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- University graduate or above.
- Good knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment related instruments / terms / fund services operation is preferable.
- Good risk awareness and basic international payment knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word.
- 大学本科或以上学历。

- 英语听说读写流利。

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
