The CROS Governance and Delivery Lead supports the wider CROS function (Penetration Testing, Red Team, Security Research, and Crowd-sourced Security Testing) to ensure effective delivery of its services.
The role holder will be responsible for maintaining governance and reporting requirements, identifying service waste, improving processes, and ensuring the CROS function maintains a consistently high quality of services.
The role holder will require to be flexible and able to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the function. Additionally, the role holder will work closely with the Head of CROS and will support the delivery of the global strategy and commitments.
What you’ll do
• Managing the effective delivery of CROS services, including resource planning, projects prioritisation, gathering project requirements, maintaining governance requirements, and driving stakeholder communication.• Identifying stakeholders, building partnerships, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met.• Managing conflict and ensuring the function’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.• Tracking service metrics to monitor areas of improvements and/or to create specific reports/dashboards.• Creating, documenting, maintaining, monitoring and improving internal processes.• Maintaining central information repositories and document sharing platforms.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Minimum Bachelor Degree and/or experience in IT governance or risk management.• Understanding and knowledge of common cyber security frameworks, standards and methodologies.• Ability to identify, develop and track key performance indicators (KPI) metrics.• Ability to orchestrate, plan and successfully manage the delivery of complex projects.• Positive and professional attitude, team player, flexible and adaptable, open to change(s).• Confident and takes responsibility and ownership for work and personal development.• Ability to produce clear and concise reports for targeted audiences including senior management.• Good spoken and written communication and ability to adapt style based on audience (Fluent in spoken / written English).• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate on complex issues with a wide spectrum of stakeholders.• Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service.• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence and/or Jira.
