What you’ll do
    • Provide HR Administrative Support in processes such as Onboarding, Exit, Personal & Employment Data Changes, Time & Absence, Reference Letters 
    • Manage employees' queries - ensure they are correctly interpreted, understood and resolved in a timely and professional manner 
    • Ensure that each work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards 
    • Ensure that fraud / errors / (if any) are identified and escalated in accordance to the procedures in a timely manner 
    • Agreed volume of work is handled contributing to the achievement of the unit / department / center performance target 
    • Exhibit ownership of the business 
    • Deliver performance that meets or exceeds agreed service metrics. 
    • Manage internal and external quality to the highest level 
    • Exceed customer's expectation by providing exceptional service or implementing a sustainable solution 
    • Develop own understanding of how you and your role impact on the customer experience   6 – months contract

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Advanced French, Advanced English
    • Knowledge of HR systems, tools and solutions 
    • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills required 
    • Customer service orientation 
    • Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately 
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to details 
    • Good problem-solving abilities 
    • Ability to build reports with and relate to a wide range of people
