The purpose of the job is to provide Human Resources support to assigned business and employees across SD with regards to HR Admin services. Ensure and sustain the Customer Experience by delivering quality services to our business partners and stakeholders in a properly, accurately, and timely manner.
What you’ll do
- Provide HR Administrative Support in processes such as Onboarding, Exit, Personal & Employment Data Changes, Time & Absence, Reference Letters.
- Manage employees' queries - ensure they are correctly interpreted, understood and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that each work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Ensure that fraud / errors / (if any) are identified and escalated in accordance with the procedures in a timely manner.
- Agreed volume of work is handled contributing to the achievement of the unit / department / centre performance target.
- Exhibit ownership of the business.
- Deliver performance that meets or exceeds agreed service metrics.
- Manage internal and external quality to the highest level.
- Exceed customer's expectation by providing exceptional service or implementing a sustainable solution.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Advanced French, Intermediate English.
- Knowledge of HR systems, tools and solutions.
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build reports with and relate to a wide range of people.
