Global Transformation is a dedicated team that helps shape and implements strategic change for HSBC. We support initiatives which span multiple businesses, countries or regions, up to large scale multi-year transformation programmes to drive HSBC business strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, transform processes and support market competitive advantage.

To support these initiatives, we are looking for Programme Management Office professionals. If you have some Banking / Financial Services and change delivery experience and wish to progress your career to the next level in a large global organisation, let us have a conversation.

What you’ll do
    • Drive reporting excellence, to enable timely and effective decision making and escalation to WPB change committees.
    • Produce professional business executive calibre reporting for WPB’s change portfolio for senior executive and governance forums.
    • Work collaboratively with WPB’s Value Streams / Portfolios to enhance integrity of the WPB delivery plan.
    • Maintain a single source of truth for portfolio prioritisation recommendations, reporting, decision making and escalation.
    • Engage collaboratively and effectively with global and market leadership to deliver timely reporting and undertake actions to resolve identified challenges. 
    • Continue to improve the MI automation and simplification agenda

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or individually.
    • Strong relationship management skills, with experience building effective networks across business areas and developing relationships.
    • High level of drive and motivation.
    • Outstanding organisational and planning skills to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.
    • Articulate, audience-specific report and content writing skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience working with data and systems (for example working with large, structured data sets in excel or other software tools) and generating high credibility reports, dashboards, analytics and insights.
    • Familiar with Change (Portfolio, Programme or Project Management) practices (eg. Agile).
