HSBC's Identity & Access Management Cybersecurity function is the first line of defence, serves as the focal point in Cybersecurity for access related activities ensuring that HSBC's electronic based assets are monitored, managed, accessed, and protected effectively so that only those people with a legitimate business need can access or modify them, when they need to do so.
What you’ll do
- Conduct end-to-end testing within a complex environment across multiple applications
- Define project level functional and non-functional test approaches.
- Define, manage, and maintain regression test pack
- Ensure testing follows an auditable robust process where controls can be evidenced.
- Provide functional test input into the Automation Framework
- Ensure test automation is used effectively to minimise test cycle timescales while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ensure testing enables development projects to be delivered on time, meet business requirements, and fulfil end-user requirements.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Highly experienced tester with excellent communication skills
- Hands on experience of end-to-end testing within a complex environment across multiple applications
- Strong, theoretical, and practical knowledge of API and Database testing
- Define project level functional and non-functional test approaches.
- Define, manage, and maintain regression test pack
- Ensure testing follows an auditable robust process where controls can be evidenced.
- Provide functional test input into the Automation Framework and ensure test automation is used effectively to minimise test cycle timescales while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ensure testing enables development projects to be delivered on time, meet business requirements, and fulfil end-user requirements.
