We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior System Administrator (Global Production Support).

In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert level support for Collaboration technologies, provide assistance to end users and identify any issues in production.

  • Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products & services supported by Collaboration platform.\

  • Deploy changes to infrastructure capable of meeting the anticipated load, performance, availability, security and resilience requirements.

  • Keep up to date and have expertise on current tools and technologies pertaining to Collaboration platform.

  • Maintain sufficient and effective processes and controls identifying and mitigating risks and ensure timely escalation and resolution of all control issues and reputation risks.

  • Ensure adherence to applicable Global, regional, and country standards and policies.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.

  • Exposure to request management environment (Service Now).

  • Effective communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written; and ability to communicate across business levels.

  • Good to have MS Exchange, and MS SharePoint Server certification and working knowledge on these servers.

  • Ability to research, analyse and recommend improvements.

  • Good understanding of the Agile ways of working.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
