Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. 

Roles Overview:
As an HR Consultant you will be at the heart of linking people priorities with strategic business ambitions. You will be accountable for managing the successful delivery of large-scale HR programmes and initiatives that support the UAE strategy, drive organisational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptiveness. No day will be the same, you will have a diverse portfolio to deliver with a variety of stakeholders across HR and the business areas with the ability to tap into HR specialists to deliver pragmatic and impactful interventions. This role will test your business and consultancy acumen as we seek to deliver HR best practice across the UAE.  

Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Connect the people priorities and the business goals ensuring alignment with global ambitions. 
•    Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into actionable and measurable plans for end-to-end implementation. 
•    Lead identification and assessment of transformational/ strategic initiatives to establish structured practices across the business find pragmatic solutions to solve business problems by framing complex challenges and thinking creatively leveraging internal and external expertise and best practice. 
•    Demonstrate understanding of capabilities and interdependencies of leadership, talent, culture, and organisation to enable the business strategy through HR initiatives. 
•    Analyse workforce trends and utilizing advanced analytics, formulating insights & actionable recommendations to inform workforce strategy for the country.
•    Own and manage complex portfolios of work along with planning and execution activities for the UAE ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery by building and directing workplans, timelines and budgets. 
•    Partner with key stakeholders for defining, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of people plans while also acting in an advisory capacity to Head of HR and Executive Committee where required.
•    Support key stakeholders to cascade the long-term people strategy to actionable people outcomes, which include organisation simplification, culture change, modification in ways of working and agility through   various programmes.
•    Drive a sustainable, systematic and people centered approach to culture and behavioral change.
•    Delivers activity with integrity in business relationships, providing clear, candid, honest and rational input with a focus on solutions.
•    Demonstrates new ways of working to improve business performance highlights business risk arising from change

Requisitos

Experience & Qualifications:

•    Minimum bachelor’s level qualification in a related field, and ideally a master’s level qualification preferred in Organisational Psychology, Change, HR or Business Administration. A graduate degree is necessary to obtain a UAE Work Permit.
•    Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR or consultancy  
•    Armed with insight: good understanding of organisational trends and best practices currently affecting the business and the people.
•    Confident in holding the line with business leaders to maintain integrity and highlight risk where it arises.
•    Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve.
•    Excellent in facilitation and communication skills, exceptional at collaboration and influence across all levels of an organisation. A strong relationship orientation with an emphasis on leading through connection. 
•    A critical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data and create meaningful conclusions which will inform the business.
•    Can orchestrate a multidisciplinary portfolio of projects through strong ideas and tailored/ innovative solutions and thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere. You are comfortable applying design thinking methods. 
•    You have core consulting skills and behavioural expertise especially in relation to driving change and transformation.
