Principal responsibilities
- Innovative Development: Utilize your engineering expertise to quickly develop technology solutions using the latest technologies.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a role model for junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration while guiding them through technical challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex technical concepts into digestible insights for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
- Influence & Manage: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively influencing decisions and driving initiatives that leverage emerging technologies.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Tackle technical challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring that obstacles are addressed swiftly and effectively.

Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue js).
- Proficiency in server-side programming languages (Node js, Java, Python, or similar).
- Familiarity with database (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Proven experience in a hands-on engineering role, with a strong understanding of application development and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities, with a track record of mentoring and developing junior talent.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
