We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Head of Greater Bay Area.

The job holder is responsible for exploring business opportunities, formulating and implementing strategies for GBA to optimize the Bank’s profitability of WPB, ensure growth of customer base, deliver profitable sales results of wealth management products and deposit products, acquire new customers and enhance the franchise value of HACN in GBA via closer cross border collaboration with HASE.

Principal Responsibilities

l   Contributes and assists Head of WPB on execution of strategic plan and sales & distribution expansion plan in GBA.

l   Optimize bank’s profitability from deepening customers relationship.

l   Grow affluent customer base via effective acquisition strategy.

l   Align channel resources to optimize sales and delivery costs.

l   Work with all departments to ensure delivery of quality services to customers.

l   Grow affluent customer base via effective acquisition strategy Deepen customer relationship and increase cross sell ratio.

l   Sustain and enhance the brand image of GBA.

l   Direct and lead staff to optimize staff performance and to manage their performance and development.

l   Identify high performing and potential staff for development and grooming to pave way for succession plan within the department.

l   Direct collaboration with other HASE WPB to maximize bank’s overall business achievement and customer relationship..

l   Direct collaboration with the bank’s operational units to optimize operational efficiency and risk control. 

l   Continuously improve business process.

l   Direct and ensure adherence to regulatory and Group guidelines.

l   Ensure all relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize risk exposure of the bank.

Requisitos

l   University graduate in business, finance, banking or related areas

l   Over 10 years’ experience in managing sales team preferable

l   very familiar with the mainland and HK market and cross-border related process.

l   Strong strategic thinking, leadership and team management skills.
