We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of HUB Tech Center Delivery China

Business: Enterprise Technology

Principal responsibilities 
• Responsible for leading HUB Tech Centre Delivery China team on BAU RTB and CTB activities by collaborating with peer Regional Heads, other GB/GF senior Technology Personnel within entity, policy, expense, regulatory constraints, in line with Technology strategy, priorities, and budgets.
• Responsible for leading and influencing the HUB China Team to meet functional goals in the region, and oversee delivery of the portfolio to time, cost, and quality targets.
• Responsible for managing heritage technology in IBM series and modern distributed environment, and leading system transformation to meet Future State Architecture.
• Responsible for ensuring that all regional demand is captured and effectively prioritized within HUB Tech Center China portfolio and provide input towards HUB strategy at regional level.
• Responsible for global portfolio governance ensuring transparency over status of aligned to Core Banking global delivery into regions / countries.
• Responsible for governing all HUB China programme portfolio ensuring the status and impacts to time, cost and quality are reported into Core Banking globally.
• Responsible for delivery of Technology Transformation, Agile and DevOps adoption in HUB Tech Center China to realize savings as per targets and ensuring deliverables are supportive and in compliance with Core Banking target state architecture
• Responsible for coordinating regional activities required to mitigate service issues and ensuring resilient, high-quality services are being delivered within the region maintaining the agreed service performance.
• Responsible for driving implementation, governing risk responsibly, promoting ethical management of risks, communicating changes in policy and governance effectively, and ensuring in country regulatory processes and procedures are adhered.
• Responsible to Head of HUB global and Core Banking CIO for IT direct cost.
• Acts as a thought leader bringing market leading, innovative, client-centric ideas in relation to areas of focus for transformation, ensures optimization and efficiency in collaboration with concerned stakeholder in delivery of the program across system and operations change, training and communication. 
• Implement best practices and methodologies for project management and delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes.
• Support senior leadership in originating, managing and leading change through deployment of priority programmes, streamlining existing processes, and leading strategic change planning.
• Fostering open and honest communication which anticipates stakeholder expectations.
• Manage and deploy effective risk management strategies to ensure the risks, issues and dependencies are continuously accessed and communicated in relation to the change strategy. Ensure action and ownership against issues, to minimize impact.
• Promote the value of challenging the status quo, seeking to improve ways of working and having a forward-thinking mind-set, in line with the Group's values and strategy.
• Act as Change leader or SME in case of new initiative of business, strategy change, tooling migration, etc.
• Responsible for providing support to Entity Head when necessary.

Requisitos

• Minimum 10 – 15 years of Technology Management Experience with required Core Banking background.
• Ability to manage a large number of applications, including mission critical business services.
• Work closely with both business and Global Technology Senior Mgmt on budgets, incident handling, regulatory compliance.
• Excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques.
• Experience in managing Cyber vulnerabilities.
• Experience in managing Evergreening demands / managing risk of operating on the unsupported software/ hardware components.
• Experience with Agile ways of working, working closely with Agile leads and Technology managers on capacity planning.
• Demonstrate the capability and experience to lead teams over a hundred engineers.
