In this role you will:
- Maintain and enhance existing revenue streams and develop new revenue streams
- Consistently role model the sales manager competencies, providing guidance and coaching to other sales managers and team members where necessary
- Understand clients’ specific requirements and match these effectively with our solutions and products, whilst maintaining strong awareness of competitor, economic, political and regulatory environments impacting the business
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Extensive experience and proven sales experience of global cash management techniques, markets, competitive environments, trends and regulatory environments
- Detailed knowledge of day-to-day workings of a Corporate Treasury environment and experience Managing customers at a senior executive and c-suite level
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills
- Solid commercial orientation, combined with a customer driven approach
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Superior time management, negotiation and organizational skills
