We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Special Credit Unit.

Report to: Head of Wholesale Credit Risk (“Head of WCR”), RKM, HACN

Principal responsibilities

• Formulate the effective recovery strategies for SCU engaged problem accounts (including but not limited to non-performing loans) and coordinate with HACN branches to implement the effective execution of the recovery actions so as to maximize the recovery returns and minimize credit losses of the Bank.
• Being a people manager, lead the team to keep up to high working standards and achieve satisfactory performance.
• Observe and localize group’s policies, procedures, control standards and implement the recommendations / suggestions made by internal / external auditors and / or regulators;
• Promote more seamless communications among Business, Risk teams and HASE counterparts.
• Assist line manager (Head of WCR) to fulfill any new and / or ad-hoc assignments.

• Had relevant job experience for longer than 7 years.
• Bachelor or above degree holder, majoring in Finance and Economics preferred.  
• Sound wholesale credit knowledge, analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Strong awareness of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both in Chinese and English.
• Strong self-motivation and willingness to take responsibilities.
